NPR NYC starts podcasting. » Advanced Business Blogging… A New Media Marketing Expose’

Press release: “WNYC Radio today announced that NPR’s On the Media, which WNYC produces, is now available for podcasting. This is the first National Public Radio program to take advantage of this new technology.”

Having lived in the NY/NJ area all my life prior to moving to Hawaii, I can tell you that NYC NPR is probably the most professional NPR station in the nation. (Even though I’m not an NPR fan at all, I can still give kudos for a well-organized effort. )

This is just another indication that podcasting, and it’s associated technology of blogging, will continue it’s rapid upswing in public recognition and popularity.

As we keep saying — you’re either going to prepare yourself to ride the wave of change — or get crushed by it!
