Advanced Business Blogging was started by Deborah Cole and John-Paul Micek.They’re business coaches who’ve combined their unique (and sometimes opposing) styles to help thousands of small-business owners around the world maximize their power, persuasion, and influence. And they do it all from the most remote island chain in the world!

Partners in business and life, Deborah and John-Paul live the ultimate business owner’s lifestyle on the North Shore of Oahu in Hawaii where they run their business coaching and real estate investment companies.

It started at the center of the world market

Deborah and John-Paul both were born and raised in the shadow of New York City skyline. And the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut was their business stomping grounds.

The hustle and bustle of the busiest market center in the world fit them well for a time. And during the 1990’s they partnered to create a level of financial success in business and real estate that would enable most people to retire comfortably.

But, instead of retiring from business ownership or focusing solely on real estate investment, they decided to heed a calling. A deep inner calling that would soon have them living on the edge. And while living, working, and persisting out on that new frontier, they’d unknowingly create the ultimate small business model for the new millennium.

After selling their two businesses, investment properties, and their own home they answered the calling and followed their passion to move 6,000 miles from New Jersey … … to the most remote island chain in the world — Hawaii.

This great experiment has resulted in Deborah and John-Paul living their ideal business ownership lifestyle. More importantly — the calling, the journey, and the system that resulted from it — all has uniquely equipped them to help others do the same. Their calling has now come full circle as they help small business owners unleash their full potential, live their ideal lifestyles, and fulfill their entrepreneurial callings.

Over the past five years, the RPM Success team has taken John-Paul’s 25-years of off-line business building knowledge and Deborah’s natural gifts and formal education in psychology, and combined them with proven online strategies to create the only click-and-mortar business performance system of its kind.
