Yes we are a husband and wife team. We currently own two businesses (our business coaching company and our real-estate investment/management company.)

And yes, what you're thinking is right. There are quite a few challenges to working together as a husband and wife team (especially when you're as hard-headed as we are.) Managing our companies and support teams does bring challenges, but those challenges are far outweighed by the quality of life we enjoy!

Deborah and I have very unique styles in the way we coach, lead, and manage. Deborah is the motivator, and the expert communicator. I lean more towards strategic growth, operational systems development, and the "techie" stuff.

Both Deb and I have been personally mentored, coached and trained by America’s top business minds. We've each had hundreds of hours of face time with leaders like Tony Robbins, Jay Abraham, Robert Kiyosaki, and Stephen Pierce. My mentor in real-estate investment is a terrific man in his late 70's who has accumulated tens of millions of dollars in property both here and in Israel. (He's still in New Jersey, but I'm always trying to get him to invest out here in Hawaii. 26% and 28% annual growth the last two years. <smile>)

With our coaching through our company RPM Success Group Inc., we've worked with thousands of small-business owners around the world to help them combine proven online and offline strategies to get, grow, and keep more clients. It's our passion and we live it!

I started my first business at age 12, and have since gained more than 25 years of ownership experience starting and growing four other successful businesses. I can be admittedly a little "uptight" at times when it comes to getting things done, and done right. (Or as Deb would say, I'm somewhat "anal retentive." But that's her psychology background kicking in.<grin>) And she'll be the first to tell you that my no nonsense, systems-oriented approach to business growth gives entrepreneurs the practical “how-to” steps needed to succeed as an owner. So she lets me slide a lot.

Deborah is a natural when it comes to communication and motivation. When it comes to human performance, her natural gifts are backed by her psychology degree and her passion to help others grow. In 2001 when I sold two of my previous businesses, we had some serious decisions to make. Together, over the course of about a decade, we created a level of financial success in business and real estate that would equip most people to retire. But instead, Deb and I decided to follow our passion. We started RPM Success Group Inc., and moved 6,000 miles from New Jersey to Hawaii.

Deborah and I not only now live and play in Hawaii; but we live in an incredibly beautiful town where film crews and stars from around the world come to shoot TV shows like the hit series Lost, and movies like Jurassic Park, Mighty Joe Young, Tears of the Sun, Fifty First Dates, and dozens more.

Both our home and our offices are just yards off the beach overlooking the cobalt-blue Pacific Ocean where we watch the surfers and whales play. From this idyllic location, we work with business owners around the world in over a dozen different countries. That's 21st century technology in action!

We're not just living our dreams, content to enjoy what we've been blessed with. (Afterall, we're only stewards of those blessings anyway.) Our purpose and passion is to help other small business owners discover the power of Click-and-Mortar business growth, put it to use in their own businesses, and create their ideal lifestyle too.
